The day couldn’t have gone any better. From the time we arrived to the end of the experience, we were looked after. There were quite a number of family member spectators but we all felt involved. We were given champagne as part of the package, and soft drinks for those who couldn’t indulge. A group photo by the helicopter was a nice touch. The experience was for my mothers 80th birthday and she couldn’t have wished for a better way to celebrate it. She is registered disabled but the crew treated her with respect and due care. Behind the scene, the service I got when trying to organise the day, was equally first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending the experience to others.
