Lines are open Monday- Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please be advised that voucher bookings can not be made over the phone, we require all details to be emailed in first. A member of the team will then be in contact to complete your booking.
We specialise in marriage proposals, important birthday, anniversary and other celebratory occasions with a personable and dedicated team.Â Additional treats/cakes/ catering and bouquets of flowers may be ordered, please discuss this prior to your flight, to ensure that we can make your occasion as special as it deserves to be.
We strongly advise that you check on availability before purchasing your voucher. In addition, we have in place a 7-day cooling off period, whereby we require you to contact us if you have a particular date in mind. In the event you contact us within 7-days of purchase and require a refund, we will honour this in full.
The voucher will expire on the date shown in the expiry box. Should the terms and conditions not be suitable for the intended person flying then the voucher is refundable within 7 days of purchase. After this time, this voucher is non refundable.
It is imperative to contact the Blue Tiger Team on the morning of the flight to ensure that it is going ahead. The telephone number to call on flight days is 07887 420 707 / 020 7117 6091. Whilst every measure is taken to send a text message to confirm your flight, it is YOUR responsibility to confirm your flight with us before arriving at the Aerodrome. LINES OPEN FROM 9 AM.
We require all passengers to arrive 30-Minutes prior to their scheduled flight for Check-in purposes.
We require the all passenger to print out their voucher (as purchased via our partner merchants) in addition to the confirmation from Blue Tiger. All London flights require photographic Identification in accordance with CAA regulations. On the day this will be photocopied.
The Blue Tiger Company reserves the right to postpone your flight in the event of poor weather, Air Traffic restrictions, or circumstances beyond their control. As aviation requires good weather conditions; the Flight Schedule is subject to cancellation at short notice.
The Pilot makes the final decision on whether a flight shall or hall not go ahead. This decision is made on the morning of all flights from 9 AM.
Should your flight be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we completely open up the expiry date on the voucher and will liaise with you accordingly to find a new convenient date to fly. Although every measure is taken to contact customers, we would kindly ask you to email/ contact us directly to reschedule.
You may postpone your flight, due to severe circumstances on the Â condition that you give The Blue Tiger Company a minimum of 7 working days notice prior to the date of flight, otherwise you will be expected to attend your flight at the agreed date and time. If the pilot deems the weather suitable to fly and your preference is not to, unfortunately your voucher will be void and the flight will go ahead as scheduled.
Unfortunately, we operate with a structured flight schedule and whilst we do our utmost to be compassionate, there are instances where we are not able to do anything and the scheduled flight will still go ahead. For instance, shared flights will not be able to be changed at short notice. If we are able to accommodate your reschedule request we can do so with an admin surcharge of Â£25 per seat.
Should you be late for whatever reason, the flight will depart without you and you will lose your seat. In these circumstances your voucher will be void and non refundable or transferable.Â We require passengers to arrive 30-Minutes before your flight as this is ample time to check-in. Please be advised that we strongly advise you to plan your journey prior to arrival to avoid any unexpected delays, as we will not be able to hold your flight for you.
Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that your flight departs on time, due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee flight times. We ask in this case for patience and understanding.
We would kindly ask you to email/ call the team to rebook your desired date. There is no charge for the rescheduling of flights if we have cancelled your flight due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your voucher is due to expire and you have not made contact with us to book in for a date, then we will do our best to accommodate within the time frame. Should there not be the availability, you can extend your voucher for an additional Â£25, which will extend it for a further 3-Months. If however, the expiry date has exceeded, the voucher will become void.
Spectators are welcome, however, we must be informed first. Spectator passes are charged per person. Please see add-ons for details or discuss with a member of the team at the time of booking, prior to flying.
The maximum weight is 17 stone (108kg) please contact the Carrier if over 15 Stone (95 Kg). This weight capacity applies to our R44â€™S, EC120â€™S, EC130â€™S. On R22â€™S the maximum weight capacity is 16st. Details of weights must be submitted prior to flying. We reserve the right to refuse flights if the maximum weight is exceeded. Please discuss any queries with The Blue Tiger Company prior to purchase.
Any passengers suffering from a medical condition to which they have a query are advised to contact their Doctor before flying i.e. any recent heart condition, fitting/seizure. â€¨Any female passenger in the later stages of pregnancy should consult their doctor before flying. The Carrier makes every effort to help Disabled Charterers. You must inform The Blue Tiger Company at the time of booking.
By law Children from 2 years old must have their own seat when flying in a helicopter.
The Carrier shall not be liable for any expenses incurred from changes or cancellations to the Flight Schedule due to operational circumstances.
If for any reason the Aircraft is diverted from any airfield or destination shown in the Flight Schedule to another airfield or destination, the journey to the said airfield or destination shall be deemed to be complete when the Aircraft arrives at the other airfield.Â It should be noted that any Charterer failing to take their confirmed flight renders the Agreement completed. In the event of the Flight Schedule being cancelled by us, then the Agreement remains and will be rebooked for a mutually convenient date. â€¨Whilst every precaution is taken for the safety of the Charterer, the Carrier cannot be held liable for the loss, damage or injury, which does not result from the Carrier’s negligence. Those wishing to take cameras and other photographic equipment on the flight do so entirely at their own risk.
THE BLUE TIGER COMPANY has the right to change location if necessary, to ensure that your flight can still take place. In the event of any such postponement your voucher remains valid for a further six months from the date of the cancelled flight.
The captain of the Aircraft shall have absolute discretion to: Refuse any passenger(s), baggage or cargo or any part thereof. Decide what load may be carried on the Aircraft and how it should be distributed. Decide whether and when the flight schedule may be safely undertaken and where and when the aircraft should be landed.
The Blue Tiger Company reserves the right to refuse passengers. We operate a zero tolerance policy to anyone who is aggressive or disorderly, and you will be asked to leave the airfield.
Every measure is taken to ensure that the flight time and flight route presented is carried out. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, some flight routes may need to be amended on the day. Flight times may vary depending on external conditions.
